Underskin lump

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Iv noticed a very small under skin lump which is not painfull , the skin normal on it and is movable and can be pulled up with the skin .it feels like a very very small ball . it can only be seen if i stretch the skin around it and can only be felt if not.
