Undergone procedure of Urethrotomy
Hello Dr. She is  catheterised after procudre for 6 weeks . Now this is 4th week . She has been diagnosed pudendal neuralgia after the procedure , due to the pain was severe nerve block has been done. It is almost she has got a new life this much she suffered. My question is does this pudendal nerve pain will come again if so what precautions or what medicine or tense machine will help which tense machine is good pls suggest. Thanks a lot.

This is a neurological condition and nerve block has helped in relieving pain but is of temporary  nature depending on blocking drug given Tense machine is a physiothereuptic measure,which may be helpful sometimes. Consult a neurologist for drug support
