Undergoing vomiting sensation
Hi,
I've been having vomiting sensation since Saturday and went for check up ,it was told it's just because of acidity.
I vomitted in yellow colour twice once after I woke up.And since I was unsatisfied I checked for pregnancy and it turned out to be positive.could you pls suggest me whether I can believe the results of pregnancy meter or need to check a gynaecologist regarding this and since I'm not willing to get pregnant could you please help me with the procedures for aborting?
