I'm 9weeks pregnant.. I'm having severe vomiting sensation.. tried doxinate its not helping now.. taking ondemn md sometimes it helps n sometimes it don't.. and its causing severe constipation as I'm having history of fissure it's making worse to poop.. it bleeds..
Doctor had given fibrelact n naturolax but it made it even worse.. can please suggest tablet for vomit which doesn't cause constipation and help me relieve vomit sensation?

Doxenate and ondan doesn’t cause constipation
As vomiting results in dehydration it leads to constipation and as your having fissure it worsens more
Try ginger and dry things like rusk
Eat what you like take tablets regularly don’t skip the tablet
Drink good amount of water don’t keep your stomach empty
Apply local ointment for pain for fissure
Do sitz bath
It takes time for all these things to get cleared
