Undergoing psoriasis treatment
I have been avoiding covid vaccine with a fear that it will worsen my psoriasis (scalp and body).
Can u suggest if covaxin can be taken. will it flare up psoriasis?

If you are suffering from psoriasis then you should definitely take covid vaccine as you are relatively at increased risk of severe covid especially if you are taking immunosuppressive medications..
Covaxin is killed vaccine so it a good choice for you..
Although any vaccine or infection can flare up psoriasis there's no proven role of covid vaccines in that.. just talk to your Dermatologist about how to go about it.. which medicines to stop or continue while taking covid vaccines
