Underarm warts lump treatment

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hi Doctor, Please help me to know how to stop this underarm lumps forming up again and again. I have not taken any medical treatment as of now, however have applied tea tree oil which helps for a lottle time and then again the lumps form
