Sir i am 22 years old with height of 6 feet...my weight is 66 kg and i want to Gain weight upto 80 kg...please suggest me a diet plan along with Some supplements ...i am trying from many months and gain only 3 kg weight in 5 months through my natural diet so please suggest me proper diet plan along with some protein shakes

Hi According to your height ,you just need to increase 5-6 kgs only. Your ideal body weight is 70-73kg So you just have to follow a proper diet with high fibre and high protein. Try taking 6 meals in a day. Follow a right meal pattern. Don't skip meals. Consume all fruits and vegetables. Try eating protien rich snacks such as dhokla , besan cheela , sprouts, egg whites during mid morning and evening time. Your diet should be balanced Eat curd/ raita + salad  with lunch Dinner should not be as heavy as lunch. Breakfast is important meal of the day. Regards, Godiets.
