Under eyes darkness, skin acnes
I have brown under eyes and acne on my eye lid. Please tell me how to reduce it ? Also could acne and a bit of hair growth on my lips mean I have pcos?

Acne on eyelid is unusual and unlikely. You are probably misdiagnosing. Bit of hair growth is not necessarily pcos
