Co2 resurfacing will not be good for under eye pigmentations but yes can be effective for improving under eye wrinkles. blepharoplasty can be done but should be done by very expert and skill full hands . There are very good safe result giving and less downtime giving treatments available now a days to get rid of under eye pigmentations which are not hereditary. Right now during this lockdown u can keep washing frequently ur eyes with cold water... take good 8 hrs sleep... and can apply under eye gels like melalumin or brunda every night
