For months now I’ve been uncontrollably jerking my neck, shoulder, or a combination of those two while jacking my knee up. I’ve gone to the doctor before about this, and she told me it was posture, and if I had better posture I’d be better. It’s been a few months since the appointment, and I still do it maybe 30/40 times a day? I don’t have anxiety or sleep problems, and It’s definitely more than a twitch. Sometimes I can a feel an impulse to do it, but most of the time it’s uncontrollable.
