Uncontrollable Anxiety Near Others
I just went to a play recently - actually, my first. This is rare for me, since I went by myself but I did it anyway. I went and stood walking around in the lobby for well more than twenty minutes with people staring - trying to build up the courage to talk to the ticket vendors. After, since I don't have my own car, was frantically texting my pickup to get there as soon as possible because I could not look up from ground to meet anyone's face. I could feel my heart rhythm in my chest and head.
