These days i feel like i want to move out from my family, i feel wanna live alone with my own space. I felt suffocated while in either at home or at work, but places i feel suffocated. Unwanted sudden stress, anger(the episode of anger have been increased very much). I feel i have to be mouth shut and do not want to speak. Families financial or parents health condition everything gets over my mind and i am not able to live my life as i wanted. For a salary of 10K, the employer is making me a burden loaded person in the office which i feel injustice and i am not able to speak up against these issue, as i am not confident in speaking nor raising any issue against the other person if it hurts me. These pressures in my worklife and personal life had made me hell stressed and many times i tried to solve it, but i am not able do that and now it is uncontrolable. These issue had made damages to my body alot physically and mentally. Please help me.
