Uncontrolable Semen Outburst during slee

Doctor, today during My sleep in the afternoon, I suddenly saw an erotic dream and just after that I felt that I have ejaculated a good amount of sperm!!! I woke up with pants wet with my semen!!! Is it a danger for my sexual life in future marriage life? Is it any bad effect of any disorder? Am I having any kind of disease? Please tell me why this happened, I would like to inform you that I am 21+ and this was never happened to me before!!!
