Hi, Fear of falling asleep is an issue that needs to be worked out with the help of psychologist. Extreme anxiety starting in the evening when you know time to sleep is approaching can be scary. Anxiety can be reduced and managed by managing and restructuring our thoughts for which you need the support and guidance of a psychologist. I know this might not seem very helpful but there are some thoughts which are making you feel scared and causing you to experience immense anxiety and those thoughts need to be addressed. Please book an appointment with a psychologist to resolve this issue. I hope you find the help you are looking for.
