Uncommon adverse effects

Psychiatrist prescribed me pari cr for panic and anxiety disorder . I just read paroxetine safety information and noticed uncommon adverse reaction in clinical trials especially i noticed the cardiovascular adverse events ie 1 in 1000 people mentioned according to paxil safety booklet . At what doses these clinical trials performed to check safety and how can I assure the safety before taking the medicine ?

To find out about the doses used in trials you will have to track the references mentioned in the literature. The probability of developing uncommon adverse effects is very very low. And if the benefits outweigh the risks then it is worth continuing with treatment
