Uncomfortable Itchy throat
Hi. I have a very uncomfortable throat situation here. Idk how to describe it correctly. It's a dry feeling. I have been gargling with warm salt water and I drink adrak or masala tea, it comforts for a while and I drink a lot of water. First I thought it's because of the flue but now I've had this for over a month. I am a singer n I can't sing properly anymore because I get this weird horsness while I sing. N I also it's little whitish yellow in my inner mouth. Over all it's very uncomfortable.

Care AI Shimmer
Because you are a singer it's very important to take care of this issue. Because of COVID 19 it is risky to do endoscopy now. But later you need to undergo thorough ENT check up including Laryngoscopy which shows the vocal cords.
Next Steps
Avoid spicy food. You can try medicines for acid reflux. Steam inhalation twice daily will help
Health Tips
Most important is voice rest. You should speak minimum for 7 days and absolutely no singing now. That may worsen the situation
