Unbearable Tummy and flank pain

Asked for Female, 55 Years

I am suffering with the tummy and the flank pain since 2 days along with orangish color urine with burning micturation.. Need a advice If it's a infection which antibiotics to take and if it's a stone can I take alpha blockers just as a temporary relief as the covid situation is worst so don't want to visit clinic or hospital during busy timing Thanks
