My dad is a handicap. Seven years ago, one of his legs was operated. After that my father had started walking. But now they do not go away from them, they do not balance the body. The body above the hips is not in their control, they keep moving themselves.

Hi, thanks for query He muss have underwent amputation surgical repair.. Post surgery there muss be period of rest when his muscle muss have loss his strength and memory to perform function. Please go to near by physiotherapist get his mmt of muscles of trunk and hip muscles of opposite side, even check for trunk muscle stability and start with good rehab programmer for that
