Unable to sleep at night.
I'm a it professional. One of my colleague passed away few months back. Since then I'm unbale to have peaceful sleep at night.

Don't worry about your sleep, if someone close to you passes away will hav similar lind of reaction ao your going through normal phase. Try to sleep early Don't drink coffe or tea or sugar driks before sleep Have some light food Son't use too much of mobile phone or TV for diversion If can try to meditate or yoga. Sleep in complete dark room Don't use bed for watching TV or reading books These tips will help you to improve sleep
