Unable to retract foreskin off penis

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have this problem of being unable to retract my foreskin. It pains a lot if i try to pull it and I feel that i may develop paraphimosis if i try too hard. Due to this covered condition of the head of my penis, it is very sensitive and causes pain during sexual intercourse. Could you please help me with the right guidance? Thank you.

There might be phimosis or some band, u need to get examined, it can resolve with ointment only, or frenuloplasty may be required. If severe phimosis, may need dorsal slit or circumcision
