The test suugest that if the test is positive it may be Due to previous infection or any immunity related to u if once infected and negative test doesn't rule out that there is no infection means it's not a specific or confirmatory .. for confirmatory test rtpcr is best

It’s non reactive which means negative
-Your body don’t have protective antibody to fight the infection
-It means either you never had COVID infection or it was very long back and now there’s no protective antibody
This means you have no antibodies against corona it means you had not exposed to corona especially recently or it can be negative even if you exposed some month ago
Its not rt pcr test or antigen test which show current infection ok
