Unable to eat and remains constipated

Asked for Male, 71 Years

My father is under psychiatric medication since four years . Nowadays he is unable to eat and does not eat . Before eating time get gets anxious. He aslso remains constipated. Please advice how to manage his situation. His medication are as follows Cilacar 10, tremnil 2 , tolaz dt, microliv forte, arip mt 10, mirnite meltab 10, veltam 0.4, ns 369 e, encephalon
