Unable to concentrate
Hi, I am 20 year old pursuing B.E. in Computer Science. My health has been normal till I was 19 years old. The worst health issue that I had was viral fever, nausea. That's it.  But, from July 2020, everything changed. I had chronic anal fissures till December 2020. This was still fine.  From Jan 2021, I got problems such as difficulty passing urine, fungal balanoposthitis, eye problem, inguinal hernia surgery, unbearable joint pain and swelling, kidney stone, GERD, etc.  When one stops another starts. I have gone to 7 different specialities for treatment in just 2 months. I have taken around 85 painkillers and 65 antibiotics. I am tired of going to doctor, several times a week. Even today I am taking tablets for GERD.  Now, I panic whenever there is even mild pain in any part of body. I wont be able to concentrate in studies and this also makes me stressed out. I am just 20, I can't even imagine what's gonna happen when I am 50. I also fear of life-threatening diseases.

This fear is common because you have gone through so many physical problems. You are very strong. Accept whar is happening in your life. Sometimes accepting certain things will bring peace in you. Attend counselling sessions.

This anxiety can be managed with certain psychotherapy techniques.... CBT can help you to relieve your fearful thoughts...try to seek counselling from an expert...you don't need medicine.
