We have just started trying for a child since part four months however no success till now. Please inform whether we must go for infertility treatment. How should we increase chances of conception. Thanks

It has been just 4 months that u r trying, so continue for atleast 6-8 months more.
Incase u dont conceive inspite of trying for 1 year then u need to intervene and consult a gynaecologist.
I presume ur cycles are regular or else go for a Thyroid profile test.
In an average 28-30 days length cycle, u both can have planned relations at 12th, 14 th , 16th, 18 th day of the cycle.
There are chances of ovulation during this period and conception rates are high.
Take tablet folic acid 5mg once daily for three months.It is for pre conceptional optimisation. U can visit a gynaec for an examination.
