Umblical hernia
Hi doctor, I am having umblical hernia for the past 5 years.it occured during my first pregnancy.i have given birth to my second child in aug 2022. The bulging in the stomach has increased now. There is no pain or any discomfort as of now but the bulging is stressing me out. Currently not looking forward to a surgery but would like to know if any tummy belt can be used now to support my stomach. I am slightly towards obese body and trying exercises too. Please suggest Thank you
