Umbilical Hernia or Umbilical Granuloma
Hi, Somthing from inside of 2 months old baby's belly button started protruding. It was initially little pink but now has turned brown. Attached the photo with this post. Is it Umbilical Hernia or Umbilical Granuloma?

Hi If the swelling size increases during crying then it is most probably hernia If the swelling is of same size most probably granuloma Granuloma is reddish polyp like does not increase in size By the picture It looks like umbilical hernia It is physiological and it will be of no issues

Looks like umbilical hernia....needs physical examination though...its quite normal ....mostly will resolve before 2 years of age....might require a usg for confirmation..

Need to check physically When you touch and press over if you feel like any water bubbling then this could be Umbilical hernia Just check it
