  4. Umbilical cord. What to do. please help.

My baby girl is 15 days old. The stem part of her umbilical cord has fallen off on 7 th day. However her belly button is swollen and some amount of pus is seen. There is no foul smell. Some have advised applying t bact and some have said to let it be kept dry. I am really confused as to what to do. Please help.

Keeping dry is enough. You can apply T bact if you are more worried about pus for 1 week. It wont cause any harm.
