Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi doctors I am 28 years old and this is my second pregnancy and now I am 6th month pregnant. Tiffa scan was done and every thing is fine. Today doctor told I have Umbical henia. Kindly suggest me why it occurred and never in my medical records I dint heard about hernia. Kindly any reason why it came I m very tense. Any I have undergone normal delivery in 1st pregnancy. Plz help me with relevant answer and guide me how Dis will be reduced. Does surgery requires or any medicine.
