As per your ultrasound report it appears to be a benign lesion .
You can wait if it’s not painful , unsightly or interfere with your daily routine activity but you have to keep an eye on these lesions …
Though they appears benign on ultrasound but if in any doubt get it examined by a general or a plastic surgeon and go in for excision biopsy to come to a conclusion about the nature of the benign lumps ..
