Ultrasound report
Hello doctor i am currently undergoing treatment for pleural tuberculosis and have completed my 3 months of treatment and right now feeling fine.but still i have one concern which bothers me everytime. Before diagnosis of pleural tb i had done ultrasound because of gastro problem .everthing was normal except mild splenomegaly 13.2 cm my doctor said that it could be due to infection then after 3 months of tb treatment today i have gone for ultrasound which shows mild splenomegaly 12.5cm and oval mesentric lymphnode likely to be reactive. My question is two My spleen has decrease 0.7 cm so should i take it as postive way.secondly i am worried about lymph node likely to be reactive what does it mean? Plz help me i am very worried and do not able to concentrate on my studies.
