ULTRASOUND QUERY
Is it possible to miss the fetus at 20 weeks of basic pelvic transabdominal ultrasound . I have symptoms of pregnancy but it's already 20 weeks of my sexual activity. So I go for a pelvic USG and the size of the uterus is 8 cm . So is it possible to miss the fetus in the pelvic ultrasound . The Internet is over flooded with cryptic pregnancy and I am really scared that if I have a cryptic pregnancy .

It is nearly impossible to miss fetus for 20 weeks. You need to confirm for pregnancy by doing a blood test, that is serum beta hcg. You can book an online consultation.
