Ultrasound of scrotum

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Last two days I have small pain in my right side of testicle. I had taken ultrasound of scrotum and everything is normal. But still I have this small pain. I have bacterial semen infection. May be this infection irritating on testicle. Can you please help me to figure out this problem?
