Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi, my wife is 20 weeks+ pregnant and In the recent ultrasound level 2 report following point is highlighted please suggest what is this. Resistive flow (RI & PI valhes of both utrine arteries are beyond 97th percentile) and pre-diastolic notching seen in bilateral utrine arteries, umbilical artery shows normal flow. Is it a concern?
