Fluid seen is suggestive of ovulation, however let ovarian follicle was growing n it has not shown signs of collapse. Trilokesh line is also suggestion of good estrigen levels.
I wud suggest to plan relations for 3 consecutive days n avail fertile period.
If possible do one more scan to see let ovarian follicle status
