Left Follicular tube is blocked
Hello Doctors,
My wife had a hsg test today and saw the left Follicular tube is blocked. What can this effect conceiving. Other test like tsv and semen analysis test are normal. We were trying to conceive for 4 months. My wife age is 34 years and 8 months. Please do advice. PFA report. Not able to upload semen analysis as practo not letting me more than 2 image. Semen analysis remark is "NORMOOZOSPERMIA"

HSG - not a confirmatory test to diagnose tubal block. It just gives suspicion of block.
Tubal block to be confirmed by CPT by lap.
For conception- one tube is enough
To say infertility for ur age group - > 6 months of contact is requires.
It is only 4 months at ur case

You can concieve from the right tube. Dont worry. If you are worried you can connect and can do a follicular study and have planned relations when ovulation is on the right

As right sided tube is open, go fir ovulation induction with natural planning
If no results in 3-4 months, go for diagnostic hysterolaparoscopy

One tube is enough for getting pregnancy
I suggest you to get follicular scanning done , track ovulation and try naturally for 2-3 cycles
