Hi, I had uploaded before and after pictures of tubes and got answers. Thank you.
My question - I was initially diagonised with bilateral tubal blockage and doctor said during surgery only right could be opened (Image 1 with single HSG) After 2 years i underwent Uttarabasti just for 3 alternate days and my both tubes were opened (Image 2 with two HSG xrays) How can surgery could not open but just 3 days of Uttara basti did..was i misdiagonised? Were my tubes already opened. Also after Uttara basti will it block again..i have never had any infection, PID or anything. Im very confused. Attached images.
Doctors said not to repeat HSG as we already have checked. Im in confusion how initially it was blocked or how with just 3 days procedure it opened. Should I test again or no. Please give me clarity. Thank you

Sometimes due to the painful procedure and insertion of dye for the first time it may happen that the Opening of the tube went into a spasm showing bilateral tubal blockage...
Uttarabasti is not scientifically proven to open the blockage of tubes so no comments on that but a false positive test could be a possibility
Next Steps
please plan pregnancy since tubes are open ...

The common cause of tubal blockage is cornual spasm which may open itself on its own after some time. Uttara basti is an ayurvedic procedure so I cannot comment on that. But it's claim to cure any urologic and reproductive tract issues is too far fetched to be true
