Ultrasound Abdomen and Pelvis
Due to elevated uric acid and swelling in foot/ abdominal pain did USG per physician advice. Impression: Right kidney-Tiny calculus 3.3mm in lower calyx Left kidney-Microlith measuring 2.8mm in mid calyx Mild prostatomegaly ( 26cc ) Hepatomegaly with grade 2 fatty changes. Are these observations significant or normal age related. Taking Febuxostat 40 for hyperuricemia. Kindly suggest.

These are very small Stones or concretions,  will pass in the urine on its own. Adequate hydration is sufficient, also don't drink too much water that you have to rush for Urination again and again.

Nothing major in USG. Geneally such small stones or concretions pass in urine Just increase the intake of fluid Dont worry
