Ulnar artery cut from glass. Stronger?

I had my ulnar artery of right hand cut from glass in accident. I went under surgery right away after it. I have lost too much blood before surgery. I have donated blood 3 months before. Now i feeling tingling in my right hand and can feel the artery at the elbow section too due to pain. I am concerned about my health. Can there be a lack of blood inside my body? Are my organs safe? How much time it will take to heal? Will I be able to hit the gym ever again? Is there any need to take blood from any blood bank? What should I do to make strong connection in my artery ?
