ULCERS ON tongue, lips, entire oral cavi

Asked for Male, 63 Years

I have been diognosed with OSMFIII 10 months back,with white patches and bands inside the cheeks with lot of burning sensation. Burning of mouth is progressing day by day. INABLE TO EAT ANYTHING EVEN BOILED FOOD. SINCE 5 MONTHS ULCERS ON LIPS ARE ROUND UPPISH TRANSPERENT AND DEPRESSION IN THE MIDDLE adding MORE AND MORE ULCERS. I DONT PREFER BIOPSY IN MY CASE. KINDLY ADVISE MEDICATION WITHOUT ANY CUTS OF MOUTH PARTS. KINDLY DIOGNOSR THE SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT.
