Ulcers on tongue, big ulcers on lips unh

Asked for Male, 65 Years

Due to Tobacco chewing, ulcers on the oral Cavity full if ulcers growing in size round with rough edges. Osmf III WHITE patches and bands the buccal mucosa. Since 4 months. Lot mouth burning sensation inside the orL cavity. Lockdown prevent me from visiting any SPLST. Please kind enough to prescribe Good MEDICINES
