Since last 15 days severe stomach pain n vomit kindly suggest ultrasound xray blood test endoscopy colonoscopy biopsy stool test everything done but no relief

looks like infection in small bowel from the reports posted.  use antibiotics for atleast 2 weeks. repeat ct scan after 2 weeks.
