The swelling of gums around your wisdom tooth is due to infection and the ulcer is because your opposing tooth might be hurting your cheek around the swollen gums while you are closing your mouth .
Next Steps
visit a dentist as soon as possible

Hello sir, This could be the possibility of your wisdom teeth having a decay and might have caused this ulcers due to the shard broken margin or could be a infection showing up in the gums my best advice will be removing the wisdom teeth if that is the main cause .
But we need a clinical examination to come to a conclusion.
Next Steps
visit your dentist as soon as possible.
Health Tips
good that you do your gargling but removing the cause is important.
The ulcer is probably an abscess related to the infection in the tooth. Please consult a dentist and get an X-ray done. You may need to remove the infected tooth.
