Typical mental issue.
Hi there I am Rivu discussing about my mom's problem. I have mentioned her details, she is a home maker and 44yrs old. She is always anxious. She is taking sleeping pills since 1998. Always taking unnecessary tensions, not related to anything. Always facing fear. She is facing depression I think. And always having identity crisis, like she couldn't achieve anything and can't do anything. Though she is very active. Always forgets important things. Feeling weak all the time. So what to do now?

Dear She most probably have GAD.  Altho further details r needed. People with GAD, however, feel anxious and worried most of the time, not just in specific stressful situations, and these worries are intense, persistent and interfere with their normal lives. Their worries relate to several aspect of everyday life, including work, health, family and/or financial issues, rather than just one issue. Even minor things such as household chores or being late for an appointment can become the focus of anxiety, leading to uncontrollable worries and a feeling that something terrible will happen.
Next Steps

It seems that your mom is facing a tough time. But it happens with lot of people and this condition is treatable. Firstly you need to visit a psychologist for proper evaluation of her mental health. Second after evaluation you need to plan few sessions of psychotherapy for your mother after treatment you will definitely observe the improvement in condition.
