  4. Typhoid without fever. Have typhoid!

Typhoid without fever
My son 5 yrs had been diagnosed with typhoid just 3 days back. It all started him having severe stomach pains we thought it's gastric but pain went to his back. We rushed to the hospital. His ultrasound is clear but the next day test for typhoid TYPHI DOT lgM came as positive. My concern is, there is no fever till date. Does he really have typhoid
