Widal test seems to be negative for salmonella typhi, however it is not the best test for diagnosing typhoid fever. If you have symptoms of fever and other problems you need to discuss it with a physician who will advice appropriate test.

you should consult a physician if you have fever and suspect that you might be having typhoid fever. in the meanwhile keep your fluid intake adequate and avoid eating food from outside
