Typhoid diagnoised
Doctor has given me medication for antibiotic today fexinex 200DT for 10 days, but are we sure that this will kill s.typhi bacteria. Fever is about 99.2. Was already on antibiotic before this for 5 days (ornamac) which didn't kill the bacteria. Or should get recommendation from some other doctor and go for blood culture typhoid test, by which we will come to know which antibiotic the bacteria will not resist? Really confused
