Why do Delhi doctors have to hype everything? The drill being used in the surgery or the Operating Microscope may be of German make! If I were in your place, I would meet another ENT Specialist who is on Practo and whose past patients were happy enough to give a proper write-up of their experiences as a feedback, like you will find under my profile. Remember, you cannot please all of the people all of the time. So, even the best Doctor will have a few negative reviews, otherwise, it would likely be fake reviews!
