Twisted my peft ankle
I had twisted my ankle on 2nd june and have a constant pain since then. The swelling has susbsided though and I got an x-ray done and tge doctor told me there was no fracture.

Your complaints suggest you sustained a ligament sprain. X-ray is only to rule out fracture. Ligament injury is not visible on x-ray. Most of the ligament injuries heal with rest for 3 weeks. As you still have pain, better consult an orthopaedic doctor , who can examine and if require will suggest an MRI.

Hi, With ankle twists, ligament sprain is very common and you need to give it rest along with ultrasonic therapy and taping
