Congratulations, it must be exciting yet challenging.
Firstly give yourself credit for getting the twins back to birth weight by 14days. All babies loose weight before regaining birth weight by 7-10days and sometimes until 14days if there was more weight loss.
As they were twins, their starting weight were on lower side ( nothing unusual). If you are keen to continue exclusive breast feeding, seek support and help from a trained Lactation Constant as doing so with twins can be challenging for some mothers.
Congratulate yourself for how well you have done and continue to monitor their weight gains, I am sure you will continue to have good progress with them

Congratulations.
They both are low birth weight from birth, as below 2.5kg.
Any child, low birth wt or normal wt, lose 10% of their body wt in 1st week and then regain back so that might be the reason for se weight after 2 weeks.
Encourage more feeds, they should pass urine 8 times a day.
Keep them warm.
Coconut oil massage.
Multivitamin drops as advised.
Weight check up after 1 week and there should be a wt gain of 150 to 200gm for both.
Can take a consult if still having doubts.

Congratulations!! Continue breast feeding . If breast milk is insufficient, then you can give formula feed through wati spoon or palladai feeds to both plus your breast feeding.No cow or buffalo milk. Thank you
