Twin pregnancy with vaginal bleeding
Twin pregnancy 15 weeks one of them misscarried 3 days ago with out its placenta. Severe UTI on antibiotic treatment. I still have moderate vaginal bleeding turns to severe some times, I took 2 bottles of blood yesterday because of my HB which was 10.3 and moved to 11.6 after blood transfusion. Can I take tranexamic acid or cyclocaprone?
